North Central Co-op is located in Central Alberta – providing goods and services to our locations within Stony Plain, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove, St.

    Albert, Legal and Sherwood Park.

    We are proud of our 100,000+ member-owners, our 650+ staff members throughout our 20+ Gas Bars, 1 Home Centre, 4 Cardlock/Bulk Fuel Stations, 5 Food Stores, 6 Liquor locations and 1 Administration Office, as well as future growth.

    We invite applications for the position of Gas Bar Site Manager to join our Consumer Fuels Division team at our south Windermere location in Edmonton, Alberta.

    The successful candidate will have open and flexible availability.

    Be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their site.

    Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support North Central Co-op's vision.

    Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement.

    Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the site team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.

    You have a post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.

    You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
