JOB TITLE:
Forklift Operator / Warehouse Admin

REPORTS TO:
Ontario Warehouse Supervisor.

SHIFT:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Must have a "Can Do" attitude with a passion for maintaining quality control while receiving and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working among a group of committed and highly safety focused team members in an inclusive culture.

Essential duties and Responsibilities

Assist with monthly physical counts and reconciliations.
Organizing Warehouse and product storage.
Stage and load orders using a forklift, based on load sheets provided.
Load / unload powersports equipment with extreme accuracy using our custom ramping system.
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly workplace
Verify and account for all inbound & outbound products.
Support all safety programs and compliances to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Communicate and collaborate with all departments to collectively identify and resolve any issues or opportunities for continuous improvement

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to safely operate forklifts and powersports equipment.
Adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events effectively
Uses time efficiently, prioritizes tasks, solves problems
Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years forklift experience
Proficient with all shipping and receiving functions
Experience within a Transportation/Logistics environment with cross dock, LTL and flatbed experience considered an asset
Must be a team player with a willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long period of times and repeatedly push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures
