I am a motivated Social Service Worker with a diploma in Social Work from La Cité Collégiale. My experience includes working as a Disability Support Worker, Loss Prevention Officer, and Youth Sports Coach, where I developed strong skills in crisis intervention, de-escalation (NVCI certified), and First Aid/CPR response.

Bilingual in English and French, I am passionate about supporting vulnerable populations, promoting independence, and building positive community connections. I take pride in being adaptable, empathetic, and dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals.

I have hands-on experience in social services, community support, and safety. My background includes working as a Disability Support Worker, where I assisted individuals with diverse needs in daily living and crisis situations, and as a Loss Prevention Officer, ensuring safety through de-escalation and conflict resolution. I also bring leadership experience as a Youth Sports Coach, mentoring young people to build confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
