Experience

  • 6+ years of expertise in all aspects of the business analyst lifecycle, right from gathering requirements to business analysis & design, technical design & implementation, testing & quality reviews, and documenting  & communicating, following the BABOK standards.
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle, implementing all parts of SDLC under Agile and Waterfall  methodology, serving as the liaison between clients and team to ensure alignment with goals. 
  • Hands on experience in assisting QA for UAT in creation and execution of test cases and helped UX/Design teams in requirement modeling. Knowledge of delivering products considering the AODA compliance.
  • Request Documentation (BRD), eliciting Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
  • Competent in Requirements Structured Analysis, Solution Definition, Quality Control, Business Process Re-engineering, and Change Management
  • Proven skills in requirement analysis, focusing on Gap analysis, SWOT, Risks, Dependencies and Decomposition(WBS). 
  • Responsible for creating user stories, monitoring/managing backlogs, and reporting using JIRA to support Agile management systems such as Scrum.
  • Modeled diagrams such as UML (Use case diagram, Activity diagram), BPMN, Flowcharts and Wireframes using Visio, Draw.io and Lucidchart.
