I worked as a customer sales associate in Reliance Smart in Kerala, India.

My duties involved:

Promotion of sales by ensuring customer satisfaction
Dealing with customers by clearing their queries and convincing them to purchase the products Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Maintain accurate and attractive merchandise displays to enhance the sales
Stock handling and maintenance

I worked as a cashier and sales associate in Max Fashion located in Kerala, India.My duti involved:

Receive payment by cash , credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits.
Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
Helped an average of 50 customers per day by responding to inquiries and finding products. Increase the sales of the company by guiding the sales team to achieve the required targets.
