Microsoft, Technical Specialist Intern, May 2022 – August 2022
• Supported the Public Sector Business Application’s team in customer engagements such as discovery calls, qualifications, and demos with 5+ customers
• Queried sales data to compute core key performance indicators and improve visibility of resource allocation on 6000+ sales opportunities across Canada
• Built multi-page automated reports using Power BI to concisely represent and communicate the data to senior management resulting in better resource planning and tracking of deals
• Optimized the current task-logging process by creating an automated batch upload system and a mobile application using Power Platform technologies, allowing internal teams to operate up to 30% faster

Rocscience, Software Developer Intern,  May 2021 – August 2021
• Developed and tested 10+ technical and UI-related features, updates, and bug fixes, using C++ and MFC, for the successful release of version 5.012 of UnWedge, one of the eighteen key products for the company
• Improved and added features to the UI in RS2, a limit equilibrium sofware, to enhance how certain data is displayed and interacts with other features in the program
• Refactored and simplified existing code from multiple files to follow better object-oriented programming practices resulting in improved maintainability and easing future enhancements
• Collaborated using version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps to organize modifications and manage tasks
