 I have more than 2 years of experience as a baker/ Oven operator in Give and Go prime pastries. I gained good knowledge in the production process of croissants and other pastry products. While working in Give and Go I successfully finished my everyday task which included making the ingredients for the production, setup and installing the machines, Operating the oven, proofer and conveyors, etc. I checked the products during each interval to make sure the products are baked according to the production standards for that I changed the temperature in the oven and the humidity of the proofer to get the final product according to production standards. I have work experience from mixing the dough and pastry for production to packaging the final product. I always organize my work area and make sure it's clean before and after production. always does the safety checklist before and after production. I always kept a friendly attitude with all team members in all departments, I collaborated with other departments to improve the production process. I always worked according to the direction of my Supervisor and other heads of the company. I always try to demonstrate my company's vision.

I studied graphic design at Humber college from Jan 2020 to Aug 2021.
