Hi there! graduate from the University of Guelph with a lot of hands-on experience in customer service, especially in the food/service industry, and previous experience in property supervision as well as working in teams. I'm passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality experiences, whether it's through customer interactions or behind-the-scenes operations. I'm currently seeking opportunities in customer-facing roles in a restaurant setting where I can continue learning, contribute to a team, and grow long-term. I'm passionate about learning more about the restaurant industry, and am currently taking a mixology course to better prepare myself for future roles in the industry. I'm known for being adaptable, quick to learn new systems, and calm under pressure especially in busy/fast-paced environments.

I bring a mix of customer service, operations, and team leadership experience across industries. I’ve worked as a property supervisor overseeing day-to-day site operations and tenant relations, as a lead hand in construction managing logistics and crew coordination, and as an Instacart shopper delivering fast, reliable service under tight deadlines. I’ve also taken on unofficial roles as a host and barback at private events, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced hospitality environments, supporting bartenders, managing guest flow, and maintaining a clean, organized space. Across all roles, I’ve built a reputation for being dependable, quick to learn, and composed under pressure.
