Eric Kogut

My name is Eric, and I am in my fourth year of Software Engineering at Western University. In short, I believe that I have a diverse set of skills and experiences which help me to achieve my goals & aspirations while maintaining meaningful relationships with the people around me. I have had the opportunity to apply my affinity toward various technical subjects during my last 4 co-op terms and numerous school clubs.  During the past few years in school, I have met a number of my personal targets - these include launching the Western Software Engineering club, winning the 1299 and 2257 case competitions, and being a founding member of a Western-based startup called CaseCom. In the very near future,  I hope to channel my competitive mindset and critical thinking skills into my designated field while lending a hand and supporting those surrounding me. I have had many privileges along my journey and, as a result, I feel a certain sense of responsibility to give something back to the world.
