Bilingual Analyst within the National Contact Centre Network, Winnipeg Office. July 31 2017 - September 6, 2022.
Duties included helping still-serving and retired military members, their families and representatives with welfare programs for their service-related injuries and illnesses, on the phone for 7 hours per week-day.
● Supervisor (Acting Team Leader) for 18 NCCN analysts from June 2019 - April 2020. Duties included quarterly monitoring of 10 calls per analyst; taking escalated calls from analysts involving de-escalation of angry, abusive clients as well as 911 calls when clients were suicidal or threatening harm; keeping up with correspondence between various levels of VAC supervisors; organizing team meetings; scheduling individual meetings with employees; participating in mediation regarding difficult employees; writing quarterly reports of each team analyst and submitting these reports to management.

Was responsible for dealing with customers, helping them find products they sought, cleaning the store, handling cash, counting and closing the register at night, opening the store, setting up for the business-day. Often working full-day shifts with full opening and closing duties.
Beaurivage Bistro and Café – Server/busser/dishwasher August 2015 – February 2016
Jackpot Café – Prep work in the kitchen; customer service including ringing through sales on the cash register, taking orders by phone; dishwashing; general cleaning.

University of Winnipeg/Professional Program of The School of Contemporary Dancers -
Currently working on a double major in Dance and Film studies, with a minor in French studies. Achieved straight A’s in the 2022/2023/2024 school years and made Dean’s list.
Film studies - completed 2nd year film course instructed by Milos Mitrovic (reference upon request) - wrote, directed, edited two films as well as acted in one and fully shot the other on a Canon XA20. Growing skills in directing, writing, cinematography and editing both picture and sound. Have a good grasp of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Royal Conservatory of Music - Achieved First Class Honours in Grade Ten Practical Piano Examination in 2011. Have been studying at the diploma/performing pianist level casually since then, learning official ARCT compositions
