Hi,

I have a Computer Science Engineer and technology Degree from India which got approved by BCIT in Vancouver. As for now, I am a booking clerk at ARH, I am very quick leaner and very smart. I can easily learn skills which are required for specific jobs. I know how service desk work with us at ARH whenever we need them. I am by myself can solve technical problems. I am very much interested in this job. Deskside technician at NTT Pavanjit Dhanoa is available for my reference.

Experience

  • Experienced on different platforms like Meditech, cascade, sunset, EMR and many more.
  • Experienced in booking appointments, rescheduling and answering phone calls. Dealt with the last minute cancellations.
  • Faxing reports and mailing out CD's after getting burnt using RA600 to doctor's offices or other organizations like chiropractors and physiotherapists.
  • Distributed and collected patient’s forms to be filed, Managed correspondence between techs and patients.
  • Experienced in different types of insurances like WBC, refugee, NRC etc.
  • Instructed patients to perform tasks prior to being seen. Know how to prioritize patients need.
