About Kett Pho:

I have spent over 15 years in customer facing roles, consistently evolving and working with various demographics from children in high energy environments, to business professionals in the construction industry. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition to the point where I pursued certifications in both. I currently still freelance as a personal trainer where I get the opportunity to work with older women looking to lead healthier lives.
