En tant que coordinateur de projet, vous serez chargé d'entretenir de solides relations avec les clients, d'établir des devis en réponse à des appels d'offres, de rechercher les pièces nécessaires et de suivre et d'aider le processus de facturation. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le chargé de clientèle en mettant à profit vos solides compétences en matière de communication et de leadership pour influencer positivement les autres et obtenir des résultats.
En tant que coordinateur de projet, service technique, vous :
Fournir une documentation détaillée sur demande afin de résoudre efficacement les questions des clients.
Vous saisissez avec précision les informations pertinentes sur les clients dans Jonas afin de maintenir à jour les profils des clients utilisés pour développer et modifier les accords de niveau de service (SLA).
Contribuer à l'élaboration du programme de maintenance mensuel afin de garantir la conservation de l'équipement du client et la satisfaction des accords de niveau de service.
Générer des devis simples pour les clients afin de fournir une étendue de travail pour des recommandations ou en réponse à des appels d'offres.
Aider le service des achats, le cas échéant, à obtenir les prix des pièces nécessaires.
Contrôler efficacement le processus de création et de livraison des factures et apporter son soutien, le cas échéant, pour assurer la facturation en temps voulu au client.
Communiquer efficacement avec les clients qui contestent les factures afin de résoudre ou d'expliquer les divergences réelles ou perçues.
Le candidat idéal a :
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie ; l'expérience dans le domaine de l'électricité est un atout.
Un grand souci du détail et de solides compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite.
Une connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office, des systèmes ERP et de SAP est un atout.
