I am an immigrants who studied MBA in University Canada West 2020-2021 and currently studying for business Analysis. Collaboration with Taraz immigration provide me with the opportunity to learn what I am passionate about for living. My professional experience assisted my to comprehend I would love to bring change to the business in order to facilitate and streamline the operation within organizations which eventually leads to stakeholders experiencing a better workplace to work.  

I have been engaged in diverse environment over 10 years that enables me to understand the importance of needs and its impact on stakeholders' performance and  other aspects. Meanwhile, I gained numerous transferable competencies such as project coordination, negotiation, adaptability in various industries, inquisitive, critical thinking, self-motivated, facilitation, leadership, interpersonal, organizational and collaborative skills.
