As a law clerk student with several years of experience in customer service, I am a dedicated and hard-working individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. I have developed strong communication skills, both written and verbal, through my work in customer service, which I believe will be invaluable in my future legal career. My attention to detail and ability to multitask, honed through managing multiple customer requests and needs simultaneously, will also be assets in my work as a law clerk. I am excited to bring my customer service experience and passion for law together to provide the highest level of support to attorneys and clients, and I am committed to continuing my education and professional development in the legal field.

I have worked in a variety of roles throughout my career, including as a hospital screener, a Walmart customer service associate, and a receptionist at two different law firms. In each of these roles, I have developed strong communication skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a hospital screener, I was responsible for conducting health screenings and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. As a Walmart customer service associate, I assisted customers with their needs and ensured a positive shopping experience. And as a receptionist at two law firms, I managed the front desk and provided administrative support to attorneys and clients. Through these experiences, I have honed my attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills, and I am excited to continue to apply them in new challenges and opportunities.
