Sydney Reil

Hello! I am a student at the University of Ottawa in my first year. I am studying psychology. I am looking for full-time employment for the summer months. 

I have worked at Shoppers Drug Mart in the cosmetics department since November 2020, where I developed customer service, teamwork, and sales skills. I am a highly motivated, hard-working student; I graduated grade 12 with a 98% average. I am passionate about working with people, I did a co-op placement in a classroom assisting students with graphic design and other computer skills.

I have been a Beauty Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart since November 2020. This was a customer service career where I would promote sales of cosmetics products as well as provide personalized recommendations for my customers. I dealt with customer issues in a calm and timely matter and worked with my team to find appropriate solutions. A key part of my career was merchandising and maintaining an organized sales floor and cash counter. 

I am a first-year student at the University of Ottawa. I am taking a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
