Graduated from BSc management with a focus on market research at University of Birmingham. Achieved first class honor in final year market research project which unraveled the role of ‘site awareness’ in e-commerce context in a millennial cohort using SPSS and Qualtrics. Experienced in launching research studies from objective setting, questionnaire design, data cleaning and processing, data analysis, and generating insights.
