• Defined value propositions, positioning, pricing strategies and key messaging at a product and organization level
• Optimally managed a marketing budget of $2.5 million. Started my stint at gupshup with just $1000 budget
• Identified 3 new countries for the flagship product and launched there
• Built global marketing and sales teams that made substantial contributions to the revenue

Key Responsibilities

Was responsible for branding, new product launches, and global expansion of the organization and its products 

• Developed integrated marketing strategy for brand awareness and demand generation
• Launched partnership program with Independent Software Vendors which resulted in 12% of the total revenue of the fiscal year 2021-22
• Worked closely with Meta’s WhatsApp partnership team as a conduit for the voice of the customers and industry in general 
• Launched 3 products in 25 countries by building teams, hiring workspaces, and building a community of customers and partners. New geographies started generating revenues (15% of the total revenue) and being profitable since the first year itself
• Named, planned, launched, and executed the organization’s flagship event ‘Communica8’ which became a lead generation machine by its 3rd season
