Job Description

Equipment maintenance and repairs

Complete necessary repairs to support production uptime as first objective
Follow up and respond proactively to maintain equipment standards and consistency
Install, replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
Perform preventive Maintenance
Procure spare parts as needed
Return components to vendors as needed for repair

Provide technical support for projects

Provide technical support to all areas
Recommend purchase requirements
Recommend, document and control engineering and process changes

Facility Maintenance

Perform Facility Maintenance as required
Install, replace and repair Facility equipment
Recommend purchase of required components

Qualifications

Licensed Red Seal 442A Industrial Electrician or 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician with industrial experience.
Electrical Engineering Technician Diploma with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Able to understand complex electrical SLD, Substation systems considered an asset.
