    We are currently seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our Calgary Delivery team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate must have a reliable vehicle or confirmed transportation to work. Our warehouse is not accessible via public transit.

    Primary Job Purpose

    The Delivery Driver/Swamper will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and delivering all types of flooring and materials to various job sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our delivery team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    All drivers must have a valid Class 5 License and must provide a 5-year commercial driver's abstract within 30 days of hire.

    This is a highly labour intensive position .

    Specific Responsibilities

  • Driving to and from and delivering flooring material to various job sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
  • Loading and unloading products for deliveries using safe lifting methods.
  • Ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Meeting daily production goals.
  • Following Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Other duties as assigned, including assisting in warehouse operations when necessary.

    • Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs on a consistent basis
  • Class 5 Drivers License
  • Air Brake Endorsement (Q) considered an asset.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to work in a close team environment.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written, in English.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
  • Reliable and hardworking.
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
