Provincial Wood Products/ Richelieu Hardware Inside Sales/Customer Service Agent - Newfoundland branch

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor:

Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries.
Answers calls
Ensure follow up on orders, as required
Participate in training sessions on new products
Any other related duties.
Customer service
Maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Efficient computer keyboarding skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service
Can work with mínimal supervision
Ability to absorb a lot of information quickly
Team player
Good organizational skills
Experience in the Cabinet & Millwork or related industry is an asset
Experience in Hardware distribution business is an asset
English (spoken and written)
