    Were looking for an Executive Assistant - Executive Coordinator who will be responsible for providing comprehensive and diverse support to the CEO and executive team.

    This multifaceted role lies at the heart of the organization, contributing towards the successful management and oversight of our finances, people, and projects.

    They will help manage our remote office culture, look after events and social planning, as well as book travel for our team, among other tasks.

    This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in many different fields, being part of a fast-paced, modern software company.

    Assisting with entry level bookkeeping tasks such as creating invoices, adjusting invoices, double checking invoice accuracy, expense entry and tracking, expense reimbursements, and basic financial reporting
    Assisting with month-end financial tasks such as credit card receipt reconciliation
    Helping with recruitment, including resume screening, participating in the interviewing process, as well as helping ensure each successful applicant is successfully onboarded
    Planning events, coordinating fun, engaging social activities for the team, and organizing professional development
    Assisting the sales team with procurement, including printing proposals and preparing shipping labels
    Booking meetings, ensuring smooth office communication, and sending out memos and summaries
    Working on special projects for the executive team
    Native, professional-level English speaking and writing skills
    Previous experience with bookkeeping or human resources would be an asset
    Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, CRMs, spreadsheets, etc.)
    Fully remote work
    This is a part time role between 24-32 hours per week
    Potential to turn into a full-time role or evolve into other roles
