Position Overview:


  • Developing a collaborative approach to project delivery with all teams across the business
  • Understanding client functionality requirements and minimizing potential impact on the wider product roadmap
  • Project management of allocated jobs and ensuring delivery to client expectations, time, resource and budget constraints
  • Maintaining project work plans for all assigned projects
  • Effective global client engagement and project leadership including associated travel and meetings, as required
  • Presenting project status to executives at project board meetings
  • Contributing to the development of global standards in project delivery across all Deighton teams
  • Support the establishment of the PMO function as part of the PMO team, contributing, driving standards and innovating
  • Highlevel understanding of the dTIMS software suite and how our client's use core functionality
  • Lead any projects across the Deighton business as required
  • Timesheets and all other corporate compliance actions completed as
per corporate policy

  • This position requires a highly focused, selfmanaging, technically savvy individual who has experience with project management and experience in delivering Enterprise software solutions with focus on scope management.

What you need to Succeed:


  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field or an MBA; PMP preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; advanced understanding of processes, techniques and tools
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
  • Driven to succeed;
  • Autonomous and selfmanaging;
  • Customer first attitude
  • Highly adaptable to change and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Use of both waterfall and agile methodologies
