- Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise, de la conception à la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des activités.
- Développer des relations et maintenir des points de contact réguliers avec les clients actuels de petite et moyenne taille. Il s'agira notamment de solliciter un retour d'information sur les produits, les services et les interactions des clients avec l'ESC afin de garantir leur satisfaction. Cela implique également la gestion des relations, la résolution des problèmes et la sensibilisation à l'expansion des services.
- Organiser et participer à des sessions de formation avec des clients potentiels et/ou des clients actuels ayant un potentiel de croissance de leur compte. Il s'agira notamment de fournir des démonstrations de services électroniques (ou autres) et de mener des séances de découverte avec les clients afin d'aider à identifier les produits ou services supplémentaires de l'ESC susceptibles de répondre aux besoins du client.
- Identifier les problèmes et les améliorations potentielles des produits par le biais du contact avec les clients et de la gestion des relations afin d'accroître la compétitivité de la gamme de produits. Il s'agira notamment de travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe chargée du développement commercial et des solutions, ainsi qu'avec l'équipe informatique, afin d'identifier et de résoudre les problèmes et de fournir des exigences de haut niveau pour les produits nouveaux et existants.
- Soutenir l'équipe des ventes et des solutions avec des implémentations, des projets et d'autres tâches selon les besoins.
- Vous devez être bilingue en anglais et en français (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
- Un diplôme ou un certificat dans un programme de clerc juridique ou d'assistant juridique.
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement juridique ou commercial.
- Une expérience dans la vente ou le service à la clientèle est un atout.
- La connaissance des secteurs PPSA, juridique et de la recherche et de l'enregistrement est un atout.

- Build the Legal pipeline by cold calling prospective clients and generating interest to pursue a discovery session.
- Develop relationships and maintain regular customer touch points with current small to mid-size accounts. This will include soliciting feedback on customer products, services and interactions with ESC to ensure customer satisfaction. This will also involve relationship management, problem solving and creating awareness around expansion of services.
- Organize and participate in training sessions with prospective clients and/or current clients with potential account growth. This will include providing eService (or other) demos and conducting discovery sessions with clients to help identify additional ESC product or services that may fit the clients needs.
- Identify issues and potential product enhancements through customer contact and relationship management to increase competitiveness of the product suite. This will include working collaboratively with the Business Development / Solutions Team and IT to identify and resolve issues and to provide high level requirements for new and existing products.
- Support the Sales and Solutions team with implementations, projects and other tasks as needed.
- You must be bilingual in English and French (both written and verbal)
- A Diploma or Certificate in a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program
- 3+ years of experience working in a legal or business environment.
