    An Insights leader and key business partner dedicated to delivering consumer, shopper, category, and customer insights to support commercial strategy development and drive profitable category growth.

    Leverage both custom and syndicated data to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations
    Proactively conduct category analysis to highlight issues and opportunities
    Track strategic KPIs, conduct analysis to explain results, provide recommendations to achieve targets
    Support Sales team with category analysis, identification of growth opportunities and presentation of recommendations
    Support marketing on brand and pack design research, marketing plans and consumer communications
    Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.s quality standards
    5+ years progressive Category management/Customer insights/Strategy or related experience in the CPG industry
    ~ Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract key insights and turn them in to action
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
    ~ Strong knowledge of NielsenIQ MarketTrack and retailer POS / shopper data systems
    ~ Experience leading market research and managing suppliers
    ~ Solid understanding of Canadian Retail CPG industry (Foodservice an asset)
