    Kaplan International Casual Teachers are responsible for all aspects of classroom management within their designated classes, as well as adherence to the Kaplan curriculum, helping international students achieve their academic goals through English language instruction and preparation for standardized tests.

    Maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, including maintaining classroom facilities
    Maintain accurate record keeping for daily attendance and student performance
    participate in ongoing teacher training programs
    Become familiar with and adhere to company policies and procedures
    Work with academic supervisor to improve delivery of Kaplan academic Accept and incorporate feedback on classroom performance to ensure positive and meaningful student experience
    Effectively communicate with school administrative staff regarding planned and unplanned absences; Bachelor's Degree
    Approved TESOL Certificate
    Have experience teaching online via Zoom
    3+ years of experience teaching ESL in a group setting
    Experience with industry, international students and/ or overseas teaching experience
    One or more foreign language ability
