Leading the Manufacturing Process Engineers, the Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for leading a team responsible for ensuring factory capability for on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery of product.
Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing Process, the Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer will work collaboratively within the Manufacturing Engineering functions, and with other disciplines, to drive multiple initiatives to drive productivity and improvement activities required to sustain rapid growth and the support of new product launches.
