- Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues in medium duty trucks
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections, such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve truck-related problems
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and repair procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Keep detailed records of repairs, services performed, and parts used
- Stay updated with the latest technology and advancements in medium duty truck repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or questions regarding truck repairs
