OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- This is a high impact, client facing role at the heart of the company. You will be _
_based remotely__ and _
_report directly to the Man__aging Director._***As a BDM, you will
focus initially on shortcycle sales of our Search Services for the Semiconductors Business Unit to support the addition of their new team (desk).
Once the new desk has matured, you will focus on shortcycle sales of our Search Packages for the Energy Business Unit** to support the addition of their new desk.
You will be supported in Sales Pitches by the Recruitment Managers of the Business Units and Senior Management where appropriate.
As the team grows, there are opportunities to develop your career as a Strategic BDM focused on longer-cycle sales of our Managed Service and Payroll Service or into management as a Business Development Director as the team grows.
Targets will be set for your team and you will update senior management weekly on your team's progress during Pipeline Reviews.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
We're looking for someone with:
- 510 years in Business Development experience; preferably in Semiconductors, Electronics, Energy or Recruitment industries
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Fluent English
