- Participate in an on-call rotation to serve and support our customers.
- A university Degree, College Diploma.
- 3-8 Years of Experience in IT Environments (Systems).
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Certified Azure Expert Certifications required (any).
- Knowledge in Enterprise Storage (SAN, FCIP), Enterprise Backup Solutions (Data Domain, Networker, Avamar), Brocade, Dell Powerstore, Dell Powerscale, IBM V7000.

The Systems Specialist is a collaborative member of the Cloud and Data Center team. This position will collaborate with the Infrastructure Design team to deliver products and solutions. They will also support and maintain lifecycle on services and solutions that are in place, as well as to satisfy business and operational requirements through the efficient use of internally established and industry best practices. As a passionate technologist, this position will focus on customer delivery through best practices.
