    Join the growing Embassy Team as a Marketing Specialist We are looking for a bakery enthusiast with B2B marketing experience

    Are you a food enthusiast with a passion for culinary exploration? Embassy Ingredients is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team, who will leverage their passion for food/bakery to enhance our brand and captivate our customers in a creative B2B environment. If your world revolves around trying new cuisines and flavours and capturing Instagram/TikTok worthy dishes we want you to join our dynamic marketing team

    As a Marketing Specialist at Embassy, you'll elevate our brand presence, and educate our customers on the innovative, customized and high-quality bakery and flavour ingredients we offer.

    What you will be responsible for at Embassy:

    • Showcasing your creativity: research upcoming food trends and stay current to consumer demands. We want Embassy to always be ahead of the curve.
    • Coordinating food crawls for the sales team and our customers.
    • Each month bring in new bakery products for the Sales/R&D labs to taste to potentially enhance our bakery and flavour library.
    • Using your keen eye and fantastic palate to identify innovative bakery launches that will drive our sales strategy.
    • Leading the development of unique customer presentations, centering all marketing efforts to achieve immediate and long-term sales goals.
    • Coordinating trade show logistics and content/products to showcase based on trends to drive engagement at our booth.
    • Creating long term goals for the marketing department with estimated costs, potential ROI and deadlines.
    • Coordinating website enhancements to increase web traffic and further development of our social media presence – we are looking for out of the box ideas
    • Providing market research, campaign results and consumer trends and put together action plans to make Embassy a stand-out brand within the bakery and flavour space.

    What you will need to bring to Embassy:

    • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven knowledge of all social media platforms and passion for food. We need a FOODIE.
    • Detail oriented, problem solver with great presentation skills.
    • An eye for design and company branding.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Content creation experience (blogs, press release, internal communication, social media posts).
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
    • Food photography and video/image editing is required.
    • Must be able to travel – all visa requirements must be met before applying.
    • Agile, creative and can put vision to action.
