Description

Our client, D&G Trophies has been servicing the GTA for over 20 years with customized engraved trophies, awards, cups, medals, plaques, sign holders and much more.

They specialize in laser engraving on multiple surfaces such as iron, wood, plastic, crystal and glass.

They are currently seeking an experienced
Production Assistant to join their team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assembling trophies, plaques, medals and affixing plates accordingly to customer orders
Cutting of metal plates for sublimation as well as plastic for badges, engraving and bevelling
Cleaning, packing and labelling of crystal awards
Picking, packing and shipping of products using various shipping methods
Receiving inventory, confirming shipment is accurate; label and stocking while maintaining and recording inventory levels
Assembling and organizing customer orders to ensure timely delivery
Maintaining cleanliness and order of the work area and department

To be successful in this role, you have a high attention to detail, organized to meet priorities and shifting customer deadlines, and able to work independently as well as with your team.

You have a creative side to you where you can provide input and suggestions on orders to enhance the customer experience, and can juggle multiple projects at any given time.

You must be available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift to meet seasonal demands.
