- Operate our professional satellite systems installation and maintenance network for residential and business customers in Canada.
- Establish key operational performance metrics, define business requirements for operational tools/systems, implement tracking and reporting mechanisms, and continuously optimize operational performance metrics.
- Review historical sales and subscriber forecasts, research demand drivers, analyze forecast data, validate and optimize assumptions, and translate forecasts into operational plans and requirements (i.e., inventory management, delivery, installation, service calls).
- Partner with global planning, forward logistics, and reverse logistics teams to optimize regional inventory allocation, local inventory placement, storage capacity, and fulfillment processes.
- Once operational, meet our performance measurement criteria and drive process improvement across the business operations work stream, and focus on optimizing costs and deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data, and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed business cases for justification of new opportunities.
- Be an accessible and visible leader to the organization.
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- 5+ years of experience in satellite internet, telecommunications, or consumer electronics

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market.
