We're looking for another superstar to the join our roster that works well with others and prides themselves in making a building shine and all its residents happy.

This is a live-in position as a superintendent for two buildings. The Queensbury and Bagot Lofts. Full time support from the main office downtown and entire team.

Kingston is home to amazing restaurants, shops, waterfront and entertainment. Incredible opportunity to have everything at your doorstep

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all floors and common areas are swept and cleaned daily
  • Replace overflowing garbage bags, shovel snow and salt in winter, vacuum mats
  • Greet residents in a friendly manner, answer questions and assist,
  • Show apartments to prospective residents conduct move out and move in inspections, fire alarm inspections
  • Meet and coordinate with outside vendors, work with the team on managing and providing top quality service for residents

  • Must be on call 24/ 7 except every other weekend when part time supers work

Experience:
