    Branch Lead - Permanent Full-Time - Nepean ON
    ~ Full-time Chit Chats' vision is to help Canadians deliver their goods to the world with postage at unbelievable prices. As e-commerce removes borders, we don't want high Canadian postal rates to be a barrier to world commerce. If you relate to being Caring, Curious and Cheerful; You lead by example and guide your team to assist clients to find the right solutions for their shipping challenges. Oversees all branch operations to ensure strict adherence to all compliance expectations, policies and procedures
    ~ Provides coaching, training and guidance to all branch personnel and mitigates conflict resolution
    ~ Provides support and regular feedback to the Executive Management Team
    ~ Manages inventory effectively
    ~ Responsible to ensure full compliance with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
    ~ Some receptions and administrative duties and the ability to handle all customer inquiries via telephone, email and face to face
    ~ Currently, branch hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6 pm
    ~ Branch/Store management is preferred
    ~ Strong computer skills including expertise with Moneris, Google docs and Microsoft Office
    ~ Must be proactive and happy to help our logistics process to run smoothly, jumping in where necessary to help out
    ~ Strong Typing Skills -Minimum 50 WPM and
    ~1+ years office administration experience
