    Description

    Kognitive Sales Solutions is in search of highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who excel at creating excitement and building connections with consumers in-store.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store venue
    • Understand customer needs to provide appropriate recommendations
    • Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge
    • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for the client's products
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
    • Engage customers creatively to showcase product benefits
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
    • Create excitement around the product offering

    Key qualifications for success:

    • 1+ year of sales experience in either financial or retail sector
    • Comfortable with sales targets and driven to exceed expectations
    • Outgoing, personable, and skilled at customer acquisition
    • Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial
    • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver key messages effectively
    • High level of integrity and accountability
    • Interest in continuous learning and development
    • Reliable access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is advantageous

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

    Pay: From $15.50 per hour

    Benefits: Flexible schedule


    Language Requirement: French language skills not mandatory

    • Commission pay available
