    Position Overview:

    We're looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineerto join our innovative B2B Redemption Engineering team and play apivotal role in shaping the future of vision care, corporate gifting andbeneficial program.

    We're crafting a state-of-the-art, scalablefullstack system designed to empower thousands of SMBs.

    Our redemptionplatform stands at the forefront of convenience and accessibility, enablingseamless redemption of all types of eyewear under various beneficialprograms.

    In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission to redefinethe redemption experience, making it more intuitive and accessible forpeople everywhere.

    Your work will directly contribute to a platform thatnot only supports business growth but also enhances the quality of life forusers around the globe.

    Actual pay within this range will be based uponseveral factors, including without limitation education, work experience,certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and otherbusiness and organizational needs.

    The Company anticipates that thereasonable expected salary for this position could change in the futureand, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisitthe salary range for the position for various reasons, including theCompany's business needs.


    Responsibilities for a Senior Software Engineer willinclude:

    Work as part of a Scrum team to design and implement secure, scalable,highly available, and fault tolerant services using our core webtechnologies – Typescript, GCPCollaborate with product and engineering teams to implement complexprojects that require comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understandingof the stakeholders' requirementsContinuously evaluate and optimize the platform for performance andscalability.

    Implement best practices and innovative solutions to handlegrowth and ensure seamless functionality for thousands of SMBsMeasure and monitor service performance and reliability, participatingin the on-call rotationImprove our existing services and troubleshoot customer issues whenthey come inWrite clean, efficient code to the latest industry standardsTake ownership of the web application backend and be responsible forthe technical mentorship of other developersParticipate in code reviews both as contributor and reviewer – Weall review each other's work here

    Basic Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in software engineering, multimedia integration orother relevant training5+ years of work experience in software developmentUnderstanding and Respect for Diversity and Inclusion

    Preferred Requirements:
