    Description

    BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position performs basic software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, aiming to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and understand business processes: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify repetitive, manual tasks and areas with automation potential.
    • Design and develop automation solutions: Design efficient automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Power Automate, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
    • Develop robust and reusable automation components: Create modular and reusable components to ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.
    • Integrate with various systems and applications: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications (e.g., APIs, databases) to ensure seamless data flow and automation across the organization.
    • Thoroughly test and debug automation workflows: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
    • Document automation solutions: Create clear and concise documentation for developed workflows, including user guides and maintenance instructions.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements: Continuously learn and implement new features and functionalities within UiPath, Power Automate, and other relevant automation technologies.
    • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT support, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

    Qualifications:

    • BS Engineering/Computer Science/ any IT related degree or equivalent experience is required.
    • 2-3 years knowledge or experience in automation development using tools like UiPath Studio and/or Power Automate.
    • With automation development experience using Python.
    • Solid understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) principles and concepts.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
    • Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
    • Experience with data manipulation and extraction techniques.
    • Experience in programming language like .Net or Java.
    • Background in MySQL or any related SQL Tool.
