The Rovio IT Support team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team for a six-month, full-time internship. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge, develop new skills, and work on varied and interesting challenges every single day.

    • You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Provide timely assistance to team members experiencing hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Providing access permissions to various systems and licenses, playing a support role in the security and accessibility of our technology resources.
  • Handle the procurement and setup of devices, preparing the tools essential for success across departments.

    • Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Third-year or final-year Master's student pursuing Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience at IT support or other technology customer support
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Love for technology
  • Customer oriented attitude
