    This is a unique opportunity to be part of the CMC Electronics family. CMC's Human Resources team is growing, and we are looking for someone with a passion for talent acquisition.

    Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development, the Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the talent acquisition strategy through processes and best practices that will attract and recruit the required talent in the shortest possible time, in a competitive employment market, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

    As a Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition , your day-to-day responsibilities include:
    Effectively manage the recruitment process: from candidate prospecting (sourcing) for a variety of key positions (managerial, professional and technical), to resume analysis, initial interviews and recommendations to the managers and HRAPs involved;
    Master technological tools (ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, social networks, etc.) As a Senior Partner, act as an advisor to teams, in addition to training them on best practices in talent acquisition;
    Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand in collaboration with various internal stakeholders, and act as the company's ambassador during recruitment campaigns;
    Implement and monitor monthly performance indicators related to recruitment and retention;
    Develop partnerships and manage contacts with placement agencies and other strategic players for the recruitment of employees, new graduates and interns;
    Participate in various projects related to talent attraction.
    Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (CHRP) ;
    Minimum 7 years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and prospecting/sourcing;
    Ability to create lasting business relationships with partners and candidates, and to build and maintain a good network;
    Commitment to providing a high-quality candidate experience;
    Experience in a unionized environment, an asset;
    Bilingual (spoken and written);
    Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
    Organization of international caliber on a human scale;
