- Provide leadership and coaching to supervisors, warehouse, and production employees.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Product Development, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance.
- Oversee the use of Oxygen8's ERP system (Epicor) by the Manufacturing Team.
- Review existing, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, KPIs and metrics.
- Develop roles, responsibilities, performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as required.
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience mentoring team members.
- Formal education in Engineering, Business, or related subjects is an asset.
- Experience communicating with customers.
- Experience with 5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement initiatives and other Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with computers and experience using ERP applications (Epicor would be an asset).
