    What you'll do:

    • Take ownership of technical issues on customer systems, research, diagnose, troubleshoot and drive them through to resolution, possibly outside regular business hours
    • Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Identify problem areas and trends, then provide feedback and ideas for improvement
    • Use the service tracking system to provide clear documentation of activities for each support activity with a high level of attention to detail
    • Participate in creating and updating service documentation

    Who you are:

    • A post-secondary engineering degree, diploma or equivalent; specializing in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics – equivalent experience will be considered
    • Programming, mechanical and electrical problem solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, working directly with customers with discretion
    • Five or more years of experience in a technical support role

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Experience with computer networking, data acquisition and data historian
    • Understanding of robotics, control systems, and machine operation with hands on experience
    • Programming experience (PLC, Wonderware or FactoryTalk)

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home.     The salary range for this role is $77,000-$115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

    We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
