Ruth and Naomi's Mission is a Christian faith-based organization with a vision and commitment to see the lives of people experiencing homelessness, poverty, and struggling with addiction transformed by the love of God.

To assist in this work, we are looking for Recovery Program Leads for our Oasis program.

Job Description & Duties

Lead on case management protocols, lifecoaching and support;
Facilitate group checkin meeting and regularly lead group activities;
Assist with life and problemsolving skills and generalized support with residents;
Maintain detailed records and ensure flow of critical information;
Provide safety and support measures for residents and other staff within the complex;
Contribute to a friendly, positive, hopefilled environment;
Embody RAN's values of grace, hope, people, curiosity, trust, and partnership.

Experience & Assets

Certificate in Addiction and/or Social Work preferred.
Level 1 First Aid/CPR required, can be acquired within first 30 days of hiring if not currently held.
Class Four Driver's License required but may be obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7-3pm
