    With a Sales' or Brokers' license to trade in Nova Scotia you will (ideally) have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial sales and leasing, or have been successfully engaged in selling residential real estate.

    You will draw upon your previous sales experience by prospecting, cold calling, and networking to drum up business.
