As a Financial Analyst at Group Quest, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere where you will be motivated to provide quality work and excited to see the results of meeting your targets.

As a Financial Analyst you will be focused on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth.


What you'll do as a Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes:

Coordinate:
with Account Executives for direction and broker communications while providing support for groups up to 50 lives


Analyze:
with a "think outside the box" approach to solve problems and prepare proposals or alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans


Process:
sale documents for submission to insurance carriers and maintain open lines of communication
Grow - your skills and knowledge especially as it relates to the Group Benefits industry. GroupQuest is focused on helping people grow as individuals and professionals

  • 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry
  • 2+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence
  • Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet client and internal needs

This full time role requires mínimal lifting and working from a seated position for periods of time.

This role is typically performed in an office based environment which may be at GroupQuests head office located in Mississauga, a People Corporation work center in Canada or hybrid.
