    YOUR ROLE

    As a Service Technician, you will independently carry out diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural equipment owned by customers or dealers. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality work, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing efficiency and productivity by:

    • Performing removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of components
    • Handling complex diagnostics
    • Conducting repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
    • Occasionally engaging in PDI work (although not on a regular basis)
    • Possibly specializing in specific equipment types

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Preferably holding a current Journeyman or Certification in Agricultural Service Technician
    • Consideration may be given to 2nd or 3rd Year apprentices with demonstrated mechanical skills
    • Experience or formal trade training in mechanics, particularly in agriculture or heavy-duty equipment (experience in car mechanics is acceptable)
    • Proficiency in OEM specific diagnostic programs
    • Dedication to delivering quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Positive and team-oriented mindset
    • Capability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and equipment as per Technical Manual procedures
    • Interest in acquiring knowledge of repair methods, materials, tools, and techniques related to agricultural equipment
    • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes
    • Capability to lift at least 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis and up to 40-75lbs when required
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
