- Performing removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of components
- Handling complex diagnostics
- Conducting repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
- Occasionally engaging in PDI work (although not on a regular basis)
- Possibly specializing in specific equipment types
- Preferably holding a current Journeyman or Certification in Agricultural Service Technician
- Consideration may be given to 2nd or 3rd Year apprentices with demonstrated mechanical skills
- Experience or formal trade training in mechanics, particularly in agriculture or heavy-duty equipment (experience in car mechanics is acceptable)
- Proficiency in OEM specific diagnostic programs
- Dedication to delivering quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Positive and team-oriented mindset
- Capability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and equipment as per Technical Manual procedures
- Interest in acquiring knowledge of repair methods, materials, tools, and techniques related to agricultural equipment
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes
- Capability to lift at least 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis and up to 40-75lbs when required
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Competitive wages ranging from $20 to $45 per hour based on experience, education, and certification level
