    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for ensuring company quality standards are met using engineering best practices
    • Supervise and mentor the engineering team
    • Review documents, materials, and products to ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Create an open communication and safe work environment for team development
    • Provide technical support to customers throughout installation processes
    • Deliver top-notch customer service while representing the company professionally
    • Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies for an organized work environment
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment
    • Perform additional related duties as required

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or a 3-year diploma in Electronic Controls or Electrical Engineering
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in testing engineering
    • Extensive background in Manufacturing, especially in PCB design
    • Proficiency in key software applications like AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, REVIT, programming languages (C, C++), and Microsoft Office
    • Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presentation development and delivery
