    Description
    We are seeking a Bilingual Group Benefits Administrator to join our Coughlin team in Ottawa.

    The Bilingual Group Benefits Administrator provides administrative and customer service related services to Voluntary Life Insurance Plans, in such a way as to enable the smooth operation and administration of the Group Life Insurance Plans.

    Fluency in both English & French is required.

    The Bilingual Group Benefits Administrator will:
    Process applications, death claims, deposits and waivers
    Perform database maintenance
    Ensure database information is accurate and up to date
    Provide top quality customer service
    T o be successful as a Bilingual Benefits Administrator with Coughlin & Associates, you will need :
    Fluency in both English & French
    Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures
    Excellent grammatical, spelling, and communication skills in both official languages
    Superior data entry skills, as well as strong mathematical and reconciliation skills
    The ability to adhere to existing company policies and procedures
    Extended health care and dental benefits
