Position Overview

Driven and eager, if you are someone who thrives on collaborative problem-solving and solution-finding with teams, you are a perfect fit for our Commercial and Industrial Program Specialist role. Your talent in managing multiple projects and strategic thinking makes you an ideal candidate.

In this role, you will:

Facilitate and manage commercial and industrial programs.
Identify ways to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

What it takes:

A diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience in project or program development. A valid B.C. driver's license is a must.
A customer-focused mindset with a zeal for delivering top-notch service.
Great memory and ability to retain detailed information.
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Solutions-driven with a strong history of collaboration across different teams.

You will have the opportunity to engage in a flexible work program, allowing up to 85 days of remote work in British Columbia each year, subject to operational requirements.
