THE COMPANY

THE POSITION

You will drive our acquisition activities in a number of industries globally by sourcing and supporting acquisitions of verticalmarketsoftware companies by:

Creatively identifying and analyzing mid-market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria and specific financial/operational metrics Maintaining and building a proprietary database of key industry contacts Conducting industry research to support business development activities Growing our prospect database by identifying businesses meeting our investment criteria Identifying relevant research organizations, advisory groups, and trade conferences Supporting the larger team on other business development related projects and with ad-hoc analysisYou will have the freedom and responsibility to work autonomously but also directly with a highly engaged team building out a global business.

Our team and culture are high growth oriented and include a mix of seasoned founders, CEOS, sales & marketing, and product leaders as well as M&A and business development professionals who work hard and have fun doing it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Have or pursuing a relevant postsecondary degree in Business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional presentation skills regardless of the stakeholder level
Selfmotivated individual with an ability to perform independently in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
High degree of professionalism and integrityWorker Type:Student (Fixed Term) (Trainee)
